30-day money-back guarantee
Posch Inc, DBA Moke America Virginia Beach offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on CartBook. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the one-time $1.99 five-day trial and to monthly and annual subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all CartBook orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at tim@mokevb.com and we will help you arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Renewals and cancellations
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it under this guarantee.
